Snowdon Partners-backed Nuvollo, an international Managed Service Provider (MSP) and cloud services firm, completed the acquisition of Panurgy NY Metro, a Managed Service Provider (MSP) and IT consulting firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. The rationale was to bridge the gap between cloud power (Nuvollo) and human response (Panurgy). It transformed a Canadian cloud firm and a New Jersey IT shop into a unified North American IT leader capable of handling the most complex business-critical workloads.
