Axcel-backed Xpartners, a company that offers sustainable solutions within architecture, construction, and installation, completed the acquisition of Paxon, a company that specializes in project management. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Paxon expands our geographical presence in the Norwegian market and strengthens our expertise in project management.
