CBRE Investment Management completed the acquisition of ClearGen from Blackstone.

CBRE Investment Management, a global real assets investment management firm, completed the acquisition of ClearGen, a company that acquires, owns and manages distributed energy projects that generate long-term sustainable cash flow, from Blackstone, an American multinational private equity, alternative asset management, and financial services firm that specializes in credit and hedge fund investment strategies. Financial terms are not disclosed. “This is a watershed moment for us. We’re excited to partner with CBRE IM.
