Morgan Properties completed the acquisition of Dream Residential REIT for $354m.

Morgan Properties, a national real estate investment and management company, completed the acquisition of Dream Residential REIT, a real estate investment trust, for $354m. “Following a comprehensive review, the Board has determined that the Transaction is in the best interest of the REIT. We are pleased with today’s announcement which will bring a successful conclusion to the REIT’s Strategic Review. The Board is unanimously recommending that Unitholders vote in favour of the Transaction,” Vicky Schiff, Dream Residential REIT Chair.
