Nobina Care completed the acquisition of TransEdu.

Nobina Care, a public transport operator, completed the acquisition of TransEdu, a company specializing in care and transportation services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Through Nobina Care and our subsidiaries, we have become the largest provider of care and service transport in Sweden. With the acquisition of TransEdu, we are now taking the first step in extending that growth journey into Finland. This creates new opportunities for expansion, and with our combined expertise, we aim to further develop service quality, operations, and the broader Finnish market,” Henrik Dagnäs, Nobina Group CEO.
