IKM Group, a multinational corporation that provides specialized services, technology solutions, and products, completed the acquisition of Norwegian Integrity Management Department of Face Technology, a technological consultancy, research, and service company. Financial tems were not disclosed. "The department has delivered strong results for many years, but the market is increasingly characterized by uncertainty, and we see a real risk that the department's tasks and thus jobs cannot be continued on current terms," Håkon Hallem, Force Technology Norway CEO of Force Technology Norway.
