KKR and USS-backed Dukes Education Group completed the acquisition of Thames British School and Meridian.

KKR and USS-backed Dukes Education Group, an education provider operating a family of nurseries, schools and colleges, completed the acquisition of Thames British School, a private British international school in Warsaw, and Meridian, its subsidiary. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Thames British School’s mission is to prepare students for the future through their pursuit of excellence and commitment to strong values that accord strongly with Dukes Education, the organization I founded ten years ago.
