Ereaga Y Oyambre completed the acquisition of SOMOS Experience from GPF.

Ereaga Y Oyambre, a Spanish investment vehicle owned by a group of investors including Jaime Castellanos and Joaquín Güell, completed the acquisition of SOMOS Experience, the Spanish leader in the organization of events from GPF, which manages independent private equity vehicles created with the aim of investing in SMEs in Spain. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are entering this leading project with great enthusiasm, at a key moment for the industry.
