Synopsis

Swiss Life, an investment management firm, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Educare Group, a Spanish operator of charter schools, from ATM, a real estate investment and asset management firm, and GECESA, an organization specializing in the promotion, management, and development of community-based educational centers, for €220m. “Swiss Life Asset Managers’ investment in Educare represents a decisive step in the consolidation and expansion of our educational project. This alliance will enable us to continue our steady growth, reinforcing the quality of our facilities and programs while preserving the values that define us. We share a long-term vision grounded in excellence, sustainability, and the well-being of our students.
