CareCloud completed the acquisition of Medsphere Systems from Sixth Street Partners.

CareCloud, a healthcare technology company, completed the acquisition of Medsphere Systems, a provider of enterprise inpatient and ambulatory solutions, from Sixth Street Partners, a global investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Medsphere and CareCloud are creating a next-generation platform—faster, smarter, and well aligned with the evolving needs of health systems.
