Providence Equity Partners completed the acquisition of majority stake in Modern Campus.

Providence Equity Partners, a private equity firm focused on growth-oriented media, communications, education, and technology companies, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Modern Campus, a Toronto-based provider of learner-to-earner lifecycle software solutions for higher education institutions.
