Volaris Group, a technology company specializing in the acquisition, completed the acquisition of Sportsground, a company specializing in a comprehensive range of sports administration solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are impressed by the achievements of Sporty and how they promote participation in sports. Sports is also a natural adjacency to our existing presence in the education sector in New Zealand.
