Trinity Hunt-backed NexCore completed the acquisition of Action Air and Accutemp.

Trinity Hunt-backed NexCore, a commercial HVAC system services provider, completed the acquisition of Action Air, and Accutemp, two commercial HVAC services in the Northeast. Financial terms were not disclosed.
