Vistria and Kohlberg-backed Daybright Financial, a firm specializing in employee benefits and retirement plans, completed the acquisition of Hessel & Associates, a pension consulting firm and full-service third-party administrator. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’re excited to welcome Brooke and the entire Hessel & Associates team to Daybright to add strength to our Private Sector Retirement segment and support our expansion across the Midwest,” Megan Schneider, Daybright Financial CEO.
