Salt Creek Capital to acquire Infinity RRGB Ventures.

Salt Creek Capital, a private equity firm focused on consumer- and restaurant-sector investments, agreed to acquire Infinity RRGB Ventures, the exclusive Canadian franchisee and operator of Red Robin restaurants. Financial terms have not been disclosed.
