Signet Healthcare Partners and Windham Capital Partners completed the acquisition of PainTEQ.

Signet Healthcare Partners, a provider of growth capital to innovative healthcare companies around the world, and Windham Capital Partners, a growth equity firm focused on healthcare, with particular emphasis on therapeutic medical technology and digital health, completed the acquisition of PainTEQ, a developer of interventional pain management solutions focused on back pain and sacroiliac (SI) joint dysfunction. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We were compelled to invest in a future that delivers safer, more effective solutions for physicians and patients.
