Goldman Sachs-backed Adler & Allan completed the acquisition of EcoSupport.

Goldman Sachs-backed Adler & Allan, a pollution prevention and industrial service provider, completed the acquisition of Ecosupport, an ecological consultancy. Financial terms were not disclosed.
