Gusto to acquire Guideline.

Gusto, a software company, agreed to acquire Guideline, a fintech company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Together, Guideline and Gusto will keep building tools that help businesses support their people. Joining forces means it will be easier than ever for small and growing businesses to stay compliant, provide quality benefits, and help give their teams a stronger path to financial security," Guideline statement.
