JTB completed the acquisition of Northstar Travel Group from EagleTree Capital.

JTB, a Japan travel solutions provider, completed the acquisition of Northstar Travel Group, a B2B travel industry events, media and information services company, from EagleTree Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to officially become part of the JTB family and begin this new chapter together.
