RFF completed the acquisition of WFF Fittings & Flanges Canada.

RFF, a supplier of pipes, flanges, and fittings, completed the acquisition of WFF Fittings & Flanges Canada, a distributor of carbon steel flanges and fittings. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This takeover enables RFF to expand its business activity in Canada and considerably improve access to the North American market. wff will continue to act as an independently operating master distributor in the market, benefiting from the international networks of rff and the Geldbach Group, including our production capacity,” Michael Allexi and Jorg Delveaux, RFF managing directors.
