Perkins&Will completed the acquisition of Abramson Architects.

Perkins&Will, an architecture and design firm, completed the acquisition of Abramson Architects, a Los Angeles-based architecture firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Merging our firms enhances our capabilities, ushers in more opportunities for collaboration, and expands the reach of our Living Design approach, which is fundamental to our ethos.
