Station Partners completed an investment in First Children Services.

Station Partners, a New York-based private equity firm specializing in healthcare, completed an investment in First Children Services, a New Jersey-based provider of behavioral and educational services for children with autism and developmental disabilities. Financial terms were not disclosed. "It has always been First Children's core mission to create life changing outcomes for children by leveraging the power of quality education and therapeutic services. We believe we have found a like-minded partner, in Station, that will allow us to grow and provide greater access to services for the ever-growing population of children that are in need of it," Matt Hess, First Children Services Chief Executive Officer.
