Worldwide Flight Services to acquire Aviapartner Cargo from Aviapartner.

Worldwide Flight Services, a ground handling organisations, providing high quality cargo, passenger, ramp, baggage and technical services, agreed to acquire Aviapartner Cargo, an entity which provides cargo services, from Aviapartner, an independent provider of ground handling services across 75 airports across Europe and Africa. Financial terms were not disclosed.
