The Carlyle Group and Bpifrance to acquire a minority stake in Ciril Group.

The Carlyle Group, a global private equity firm, and Bpifrance, which facilitates their export activities through a wide range of products, agreed to acquire a minority stake in Ciril Group, a French company in the software and cloud industry.
