Warburg Pincus-backed Infoniqa Group completed the acquisition of Hamburger Software.

Warburg Pincus-backed Infoniqa Group, an Austria-based HR software provider, completed the acquisition of Hamburger Software, a provider of ERP solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. Financial terms were not disclosed. "For the Infoniqa Group, the acquisition is another milestone on its way to becoming the leading, comprehensive solution provider for medium-sized companies in the DACH region," Hans-Jürgen Wels, Infoniqa Group CEO.
