TopBuild, an installer and distributor of insulation products, completed the acquisition of Insulation Fabrics, a specialized distributor and manufacturer of accessories for the insulation industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. Insulation Fabrics specializes in insulation netting and vacuum bags for removal. By owning the distributor of these essential supplies, TopBuild reduces its reliance on third-party vendors for its own massive installation services segment. TopBuild can now bundle these accessories with its core insulation products, providing a "one-stop-shop" for external contractors who buy through their network.
