Snowdon Partners-backed Urgence Marine Environnement, a provider of maritime environmental and port services, completed the acquisition of Jet Blast, an industrial and municipal service provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. By merging, the companies created a unified "Quick Response" network that stretches from the Great Lakes down the North American East Coast. This scale allows them to secure larger contracts with multinational shipping lines and federal port authorities that require a consistent response across multiple borders.
