Mill Point Capital-backed AeriTek completed the acquisition of Due North.

Mill Point Capital-backed AeriTek, a commercial refrigeration and foodservice equipment manufacturer, completed the acquisition of Due North, a manufacturer of commercial refrigeration solutions.
