Pritzker Private Capital-backed Valicor Environmental Services completed the acquisition of ECO-FIRST.

Pritzker Private Capital-backed Valicor Environmental Services, a North American provider of centralized waste treatment and recycling services, completed the acquisition of ECO-FIRST, a West Virginia-based environmental services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “ECO-FIRST and Valicor share the same passion for protecting the environment while delivering excellent service to our customers.
