HonorHealth to acquire Evernorth from Cigna Corporation.

HonorHealth, a nonprofit, community-based health system, which operates a network of hospitals, primary and specialty care practices, outpatient centers, and wellness services agreed to acquire Evernorth, a pharmacy, care, and benefit solutions deliverer from Cigna Corporation. Financial terms are not disclosed. Through this transaction, patients will benefit from coordinated and high-quality care at additional care locations and an expanded clinical knowledge base.
