Saman completed the acquisition of floor finishing and maintenance division of Groupe Finitec.

Saman, a Canadian manufacturer of interior wood finishing products, completed the acquisition of floor finishing and maintenance division of Groupe Finitec, a Quebec-based provider of floor finishing and acoustic solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are both proud and excited to make today’s announcement.
