MidOcean Partners-backed SI Solutions completed the acquisition of Integrity Specialists.

MidOcean Partners-backed SI Solutions, a provider of mission-critical engineering, construction, testing, and maintenance services, completed the acquisition of Integrity Specialists, a critical provider of advanced non-destructive examination and inspection for the natural gas pipeline industry. Financial terms were not disclosed.
