Naxicap-backed Solutys completed the acquisition of Nedap France and Rayonnance.

Naxicap-backed Solutys, an integrator of automatic identification, traceability and professional mobility solutions, completed the acquisition of Nedap France, a security, identification, and traceability system integrator, and Rayonnance, a publisher and integrator of mobility and traceability applications. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I am very pleased to see this merger of human-sized companies come to fruition.
