Seufert-Niklaus, a German company that designs and manufactures custom architectural solutions, completed the acquisition of YKK AP, a company specializing in building materials. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of Seufert-Niklaus is a significant step in YKK AP’s global strategy, reinforcing our organization’s official entrance into the European market and expanding the company’s offerings to include timber facades, windows, and doors,” Oliver Stepe, YKK AP President and CEO.
