Hivest Capital Partners-backed Face Services Centraux, a provider of building envelope services intended for non-residential construction projects, completed the acquisition of Axtera, LBGE, and LBGE Énergie, a provider of electrical engineering services for industrial, tertiary, and energy infrastructure development. Financial terms were not disclosed.
