SimCorp completed the acquisition of Domos FS.

SimCorp, a global financial technology company and a subsidiary of Deutsche Börse Group, completed the acquisition of Domos FS, a cloud-based SaaS solution designed to streamline the management of alternative investment funds. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are thrilled to join forces with SimCorp and build on our long-standing partnership.
