VIJIM, a company specializes in the research, development, design, and sale of photography and videography accessories, agreed to acquire JOBY, a company that designs and manufactures mobile and photographic accessories, from Videndum, a global provider of premium branded hardware products and software solutions to the growing content creation market. Financial terms are not disclosed.
