Decántalo, an online wine retailer, completed the acquisition of Bodeboca, a wine e-commerce platform, from Pernod Ricard, a wine and spirits seller. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We believe that wine consumers are diverse, and we want to serve them from different perspectives.
