Fiserv completed the acquisition of CardFree.

Fiserv, a global provider of financial services technology, mobile banking, and payments solutions, primarily serving businesses and small businesses, completed the acquisition of CardFree, a technology company providing mobile ordering, payment, and loyalty solutions for restaurants, hotels, and hospitality businesses.
