Miura Partners-backed Proclinic, a full-service provider of solutions for the dental sector, completed the acquisition of Cenger Scandinavia, a dental distributor based in Denmark. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The incorporation of Cenger Scandinavia is a strategic milestone in our commitment to Northern Europe.
