21 Invest-backed Omega Pharma completed the acquisition of Cieffe Derma from Azimut Group.

21 Invest-backed Omega Pharma, an Italian player in the R&D and commercialization of food supplements, completed the acquisition of Cieffe Derma, a company that develops and sells scientifically-backed healthcare and cosmetic products, from Azimut Group, a company that operates in the financial services sector. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We have found in Cieffe and Salvatore Frontera our same values of long-term sustainability and scientific rigor in product research and development, which have led the company to become a point of reference in the Italian dermatology market. By joining our group, we aim to accelerate growth and increasingly strengthen our leadership position in the market, in line with the strategic vision shared with 21 Invest," Gianantonio Tomaselli, Omega Pharma CEO.
