Longshore Capital Partners, an investment firm, completed the acquisition of DemandTec, a pioneer in AI-powered pricing, promotions, markdown optimization, and retail-CPG collaboration., from Acoustic, a software company providing AI-driven marketing and customer engagement solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "DemandTec has a 25-year track record of helping retailers and brands drive profitable, data-driven growth.
