Private equity firms TriSpan and McWin completed an investment in Flat Iron, a London-based company specializing in high-quality steak restaurants and casual dining services. Financial terms were not disclosed. Tom Byng, who has led Flat Iron since 2021, will remain as chief executive of the business through its next stage as growth.
