Scale Venture Partners, a private equity firm, led the $22.5m Series A funding round in Hello Patient, a conversational AI/patient communication startup, with participation from 8VC, Bling Capital, Max Ventures, Remus Capital, and FirstLook Partners. “We look for companies solving real operational bottlenecks in healthcare, and Hello Patient is tackling one of the biggest—the communication challenges between patients and providers,” Jeremy Kaufmann, Scale Venture Partners Partner.
