Lavafields Group to acquire Magimix from Ardian and Hameur Group.

Lavafields Group, a Franco-Belgian company with over 50 years’ expertise in household appliances, agreed to acquire Magimix, a French brand of high-end small culinary appliances, from Ardian and Hameur Group. Financial terms are not disclosed. Ardian and Hameur have taken the decision to carve out Magimix in order to focus exclusively on the development of Robot-Coupe, the undisputed global market leader in premium benchtop equipment for professional use.
