PLT Energia to acquire 50 MW solar PV plant in Sicily of X-ELIO.

PLT Energia, is a company focused on developing, building, and managing renewable energy plants, agreed to acquire 50 MW solar PV plant in Sicily of X-ELIO, an international renewable energy company. Financial terms are not disclosed. “This transaction represents a further step in PLT Energia’s growth strategy, aimed at consolidating an integrated platform in the renewable energy market on a national scale,” Stefano Marulli, PLT energia CEO.
