Waterland Private Equity-backed Framna completed the acquisition of Bright Inventions.

Waterland Private Equity-backed Framna, a European digital product agency, completed the acquisition of Bright Inventions, a Gdańsk-based software house specializing in mobile/web development, IoT, and AI-driven digital products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “What has always driven us at Bright Inventions is building digital products that truly matter in helping users, removing friction, enabling new ways of working, and driving outcomes for our partners.
