Eesti Pagar completed the acquisition of Lameleib from Avedana.

Eesti Pagar, a produces pastries and bread, completed the acquisition of Lameleib, a company that produces lavash and other flatbreads from Avedana, an Estonian company primarily operating within the legal and consultation services sector. Financial terms were not disclosed.
