JAB completed the acquisition of Prosperity from Elliott.

JAB, a company that provides a wide range of insurance products and services, completed the acquisition of Prosperity Life Group, a life insurance, annuities, reinsurance, and asset management business, from Elliott Investment Management, an American investment management firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
