Groenraedt, an investor in the sustainability sector, completed the acquisition of Vanbeek, a provider of integrated energy management and energy‑monitoring solutions, from Priva, a technology company specializing in sustainable climate control, energy saving, and water reuse. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This new phase enables us to serve our customers even better within the complex landscape of energy supply and demand. The synergy with Groenraedt, which also holds expertise in sustainable energy generation, networks, and infrastructure, strengthens our service offering.
